Brody A. McBride

Brody is an experienced litigator, who has been fighting for victims of wildfires started by utility companies for over 13 years.  Beginning with victims of the 2007 San Diego Wildfires, Brody has helped represent thousands of Californians who have been harmed by culpable utilities companies, often in some of the most serious and difficult cases.

 

Brody specializes in serious injuries and wrongful deaths, including helping to represent the families of numerous individuals who died as a result of the devastating 2018 Camp Fire in Paradise, California.  Brody’s passion is obtaining justice for his clients and holding offending utility companies accountable.    

 

Brody graduated cum laude from the University of Utah and magna cum laude from California Western School of Law.  Before becoming an attorney, he was a sponsored skateboarder and snowboarder, who competed in numerous competitions, including the Utah Winter Games.  In his spare time, he fosters abandoned dogs.  He has fostered over 15 dogs, many of which he personally rescued.
