Trenton G. Lamere

As an advocate for "the underdog," Trenton fights for people who've been harmed by the wrongful or negligent acts of others, including victims of fires caused by culpable utility companies.

 

Not afraid to stand up to the defense, Trenton routinely defeats motions to dismiss and for summary judgment, in addition to winning discovery motions when defendants refuse to turn over relevant information. 

 

Also an effective lawyer in the courtroom, Trenton has been integral to the success of several trial and appellate teams, including a jury victory in federal court against the California Attorney General's Office.  And when doing so would result in a fair resolution, Trenton also negotiates fair settlements through mediation, arbitration, and other alternative dispute resolution methods.

After receiving his J.D., cum laude, from California Western School of Law in 2010, Trenton clerked for two U.S. District Judges for the Southern District of California, providing him invaluable insight into what judges look for when ruling on cases. In his free time, Trenton can be found restoring his historic home, cooking, gardening, and traveling.
